SERGIO MERLI IS A WRITER, ILLUSTRATOR AND DESIGNER.

Writer, illustrator and graphic designer Sergio Merli has a variety of activities: he creates projects for advertising, illustrations, graphic projects for books, runs workshops and gives lectures. He really enjoys the diversity of his work, but considers the act of writing and illustrating books to be the activity that gives him the most creative fulfillment.

 

He began his literary career in 2011 when he published The Camel, the Donkey and the Water, a book that became a public success. Since then, he has written and illustrated several books published by important publishing houses in Brazil .

 

Sergio Merli is known for his humorous writing and for addressing different topics for young readers, such as creativity, citizenship, ethics, consumption and the environment. He has participated in several literary events and projects, taking his lectures to schools and inspiring young readers throughout Brazil. His presentations are accompanied by live drawings, which makes them even more interesting and interactive.
